Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: October 14, 2026

Our commitment

IQ Apparatus is committed to making our continuing education platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across the public site, the learner experience and the administration tools.

Measures we take

  • Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
  • Keyboard access to interactive controls, with visible focus indicators.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and figures in clinical content.
  • Colour contrast that meets AA ratios, in both light and dark themes.
  • Automated accessibility checks during development, plus manual review of key learner flows.
  • Captions or transcripts for platform-produced video where available.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Third-party embedded content, such as hosted videos, webinar players and escape-room media, is controlled by its providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Some interactive games (for example drag-and-drop activities) may be harder to use with certain assistive technologies; contact us and we will help you complete the activity.
  • Content authored by provider organizations is their responsibility; we work with them to fix issues you report.

Request an accommodation or report a barrier

If you have difficulty using any part of IQ Apparatus, or need an activity in an alternative format, email support@iqapparatus.com. Please include the page or activity, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any.

We aim to respond within 5 business days.
