Legal Inquiries

For contract questions, partnership agreements, data processing agreements, accreditation compliance matters, and anything else of a legal nature, write to legal@iqapparatus.com. We aim to acknowledge legal correspondence within five business days.

Support questions, billing disputes, and CE credit issues are handled faster through our contact form or Help Center.

IQ Apparatus hosts educational content published by accredited provider organizations. If you believe material on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@iqapparatus.com that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or activity identifier of the material you want removed
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and will notify the publishing organization, which may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@iqapparatus.com. Please include reproduction steps, the affected URL or endpoint, and the impact you observed.

We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure, avoid accessing or modifying data belonging to other users, and avoid testing that degrades service availability. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who follow these guidelines in good faith.

Subpoenas, court orders, and other legal process should be directed to legal@iqapparatus.com with "Legal Process" in the subject line. Requests should identify the specific account or records sought and the legal authority for the request.

Unless we are legally prohibited from doing so, we notify affected account holders before producing records, and we produce only the records the process actually requires. Where an organization is the controller of the requested learner records, we refer the request to that organization.
