An ACCME and PARS-ready CE platform for accredited providers

Run the full accreditation workflow — planning, disclosures, credit designation, delivery, and reporting — in one system, with the reporting surfaces included on Pro and above.

Most continuing education teams do the accreditation work twice. The activity gets built in one tool, the planning application and disclosure forms live in documents and spreadsheets, learner completions come out of a learning platform, and then someone reassembles all of it by hand at reporting time. The evidence exists, but it is spread across systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and the reconstruction happens under deadline.

Planning that produces its own record

In IQ Apparatus the planning application is part of the activity, not an attachment to it. Needs and practice gaps, learning objectives, the intended audience, the design rationale, and the credit types you intend to designate are captured on the activity record itself. Planner and faculty disclosures are collected in the same place, with relevant financial relationships identified and mitigation steps recorded before the activity opens. Because the record is structured rather than narrative, the same fields that guided the design are the fields that later populate your reporting.

Delivery that captures the evidence

Learners move through the activity — webinar, conference session, microlearning, interactive case, or a series — and the platform records what each one did: enrollment, participation, assessment responses, evaluation answers, and the credit claimed. Credit designation is handled per profession, so a single activity can issue physician, nursing, and pharmacy credit with the correct certificate for each learner. Certificates are issued automatically and stored against the learner's transcript.

Reporting in the shape you submit

When it is time to report, the activity, participant, and outcomes data are already in the system, so reporting becomes an export rather than a reconstruction. Activity metadata, learner counts, credit issued, and outcomes evidence are assembled into PARS-schema exports and per-accreditor reporting views. Evaluation responses feed Moore's Level 1 through 5 outcomes, and Levels 6 and 7 become reportable when you post patient or population data back through the API. Commercial bias questions are injected into evaluations automatically so the bias data an audit asks for is collected on every activity rather than remembered for some of them.

Where this sits in the plans

Accreditation operations begin on Pro. Starter is the launch tier: unlimited learners, a branded marketplace storefront, custom branding, bulk enrollment, core analytics, and certificate management — but no planning application, no disclosures and mitigation, no Moore's outcomes, and no PARS reporting. Pro adds the full Plan, Disclose, Measure, and Submit workflow. Scale adds multi-brand architecture on top of everything in Pro for organizations that operate several provider identities. Enterprise is negotiated.

If you are comparing options, the plan comparison lays out what each tier includes and excludes, and the FAQs answer the common questions about fees and API access.

Frequently asked questions

Which plans include PARS reporting?

PARS reporting surfaces are included on Pro and above. Starter covers launch and certificate management only and does not include PARS, planning, disclosures, or Moore’s outcomes.

Is IQ Apparatus an accredited provider?

No. IQ Apparatus is software used by accredited providers. Your organization holds the accreditation; the platform records the planning, disclosure, and outcomes data behind each activity and produces exports in the shapes accredited providers submit.

Does it support ANCC and ACPE alongside ACCME?

Yes. Activities can carry multiple credit designations, and certificates and reporting surfaces are generated per profession. Those reporting surfaces are available on Pro and above.

What does it cost?

Starter is $199/mo, Pro is $999/mo, and Scale is $1,899/mo. Enterprise is custom-priced through a demo. Accreditation operations begin on Pro.
